How does Hagano accepts payment?

Currently Hagano accepts payment via bank transfer to BCA and Jenius only.

Where does Hagano ships to?

Currently Hagano only shipping within Indonesia.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping is FREE with every purchase.

Which shipping couriers does Hagano use?

Hagano uses JNE as its shipping courier.

When will I receive my order?

If you order a product in stock, we will immediately ships your order within 1-2 days, and shipping takes 1-6 days depends on where you live.

If you pre-order a product not in stock, please allow additional 2-4 working days for us to make your goods.

Cancellation & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as payment has not been done yet. If payment has been done, we will send you the item(s) you purchased.

How do I return the item I purchased?

Return must be done within 7 days of invoice date.
Please email us on hello@hagano.com with subject RETURNS, and tell us why you want to return the item. We will give back your money after we receive the returned item in original condition, clean and unused. Please note we do not cover shipping cost.

10 Years Guarantee

We believe in what we make at Hagano, the quality of workmanship and material in each of our products. We want you to enjoy your product as long as possible.

Our products are covered by a 10 year guarantee from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for purpose intended. This guarantee covers faults in materials and workmanship, and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect.

We will fix your product free of charge, as best as we can. Please note every item is subject to an evaluation for repairs. Please note we do not cover shipping cost.

How do I make a claim?

Please email us on hello@hagano.com with subject GUARANTEE, with order detail and a description of the fault or damage, including any photo of the product that'll speed up the process.
